Shipping & Returns


Shipping is free for all orders within the United States. The carrier that is most commonly used is USPS. Larger orders may be shipped using UPS. When you place an order, we will try our best to ship within 1-2 business days.

International shipping fee is determined at the time of checkout. The carrier that is most commonly used is DHL. USPS and Fedex may also be used. Customers must provide a valid phone number and first/last name for their order to be processed effectively. Shipping times vary greatly depending on customs release and may be anywhere from 5-14 days.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. However, if an order is deemed unshippable to a certain international address, your order will be cancelled for a full refund to your original form of payment.

You may return your order for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if items are in an unopened and unused condition. Buyer is responsible for packing and shipping the item back to our warehouse and is responsible for all shipping fees associated with it. We will issue a refund when the product is received at our warehouse. Please email for the return delivery address.
If an item is damaged or has a physical defect once opened, please take a picture of the damage and email that image to A team member will assist you in sending a replacement or providing a refund.
Sometimes we receive feedback from people who think that the Moso Bag is not working. While there is a very small possibility of the product being defective, we probably just need to assess the situation together. Maybe the incorrect size is being used or maybe the Moso Bag is not placed in the most optimal place. Please understand that this natural product may need some time and attention to take full effect. The Moso Bag is ready to be used directly from the packaging without any sort of activation, however, sometimes it is helpful to rejuvenate (link to instructions) within the first week of using the product. The Moso Bag may be absorbing many other particles in the air before it has a chance to absorb the odor and may need to be ‘cleared out’ much sooner than the average monthly refresh.
